FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Orders
How to order?
You can purchase an item from the website, or find me on any social media and leave me a DM if you want to talk through specifics – a design change, a different color or anything that comes to mind.
How long does it take you to make something ready for order?
Resin has a curing time of 24 hours. Every piece of jewelry you see is made from 4 or 5 layers of resin, and each of them has to cure before another layer is applied. This means that if something isn’t in stock, a piece can take me up to a week to make. It’s nice to keep that in mind if you’re ordering for a gift or specific event.
How long does shipping take?
It depends on the country you are ordering from. Shipping can take anywhere from 24 hrs to 14 days. You can always ask me for more specific information.
I want a certain piece in a different colour/size. Is it possible?
Yes! Everything is made by hand, so all changes and customizations are possible. Send me a DM on Facebook or Instagram and together we can create something that would match your needs perfectly.
Materials
What materials do I use?
Every product is made with great care, with the consideration that many people have sensitive skin. I use only high quality crystal resin – Glass Cast. It cures hard and won’t scratch easily. It has UV protection so the colors will stay vibrant and fresh for a long time. The earrings have stainless steel studs. When it comes to colors… you can come across a piece, done with acrylic paints – they are opaque and easy to control. Some pieces have the added benefit of having alcoholic inks in them – they are like watercolors, letting light pass through.
Are the pieces heavy?
Resin is surprisingly light. This makes for really comfortable pieces. Even the larger earrings won’t stretch out your ears.
I have sensitive skin. Are your pieces suitable for people with allergies?
Yes, for the most part. I use stainless steel that is graded to be one of the most suitable metals for jewelry making. However, every person is different and your ears might not be happy with a material that is hypoallergenic. You can always contact me and we’ll try and work around your needs and preferences.
